How To Build A Skin Care Routine For Normal Skin

Your skin care routine should continuously be optimized according to the skin type to prevent your skin from any kind of damage. Generally, the normal skin type is neither too oily nor too dry and is inherited just like the other features of your face. As in this skin type, there are no significant concerns to tackle, so it is not easy to access the beginning of a skin care routine. There’s no better place to start than with the basics.

 These include:

  • Cleanse twice a day with a gentle, non-foaming cleanser.
  • Moisturize with a light, hydrating moisturizer.
  • Protect your skin from sun damage with a sunscreen of not less than 30 SPF (Sun Protection Factor).

Once you have mastered these three steps, it is time to add more to your routine. Using aloe vera gel:

Adding aloe vera gel into your skincare routine can balance the sebum production by your skin cells, further improving the health of your skin.

Treating acne with normal skin type:

If normal skin gets prone to acne, drinking plenty of water and cold icing your face before going to sleep would be the best option. In this case, treating your acne with medicated products can also destroy your skin.
