Triphala powder is an Ayurvedic formulation consisting of three fruits: Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia belerica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula).

These fruits are dried, powdered and mixed together in equal proportions to make a power packed blend which has been traditionally used since thousands of years as a remedy for various ailments.

Below are a few ways in which Triphala powder can be used effectively to FIX some of the most common health problems.

1.Fix Indigestion:

Indigestion is a common problem these days, thanks to the increasing varieties of junk food available easily. Triphala helps to regularize your digestive system.

How To Use?

Stir 1 teaspoon of Triphala into a glass of hot water. Wait for about 20 minutes until the powder settles and then drink the liquid.

The same powder can be used a second time. Drink twice daily, and then discard the sediment. For best results, use between meals.

2. Fix Hair Fall

Triphala strengthens hair from the root, prevents hair loss and also eliminates dandruff which often causes hair fall.

It is also rich in antioxidants and vitamin C that helps to prevent premature greying.

How To Use?

Combine 1 teaspoon of triphala with 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel (optional) and a small amount of warm water until a paste is formed.

Wet your hair and apply paste to scalp and hair. Leave on for at least 20 minutes and rinse.

3. Fix Skin Problems

Triphala helps with a number of skin problems both from inside and out.

When consumed regularly, triphala powder helps to detox the body and efficiently gets rid of toxins.

How  To Use?

(I) Use Triphala Powder As A Skin cleanser

2 tbsp besan

1/4 tsp Triphala powder

1/8 tsp Turmeric

1/4 tsp neem powder

Mix the above ingredients into a paste.  Apply to the skin for 5-10 minutes and rinse.

(II) Fix Acne Problems with Triphala Powder

1 tsp Triphala powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1Tbsp raw honey

Mix the above ingredients into a paste.  Apply to the skin for 5-10 minutes and rinse.
